Other news
We have had a worrying few weeks here with two of the girls, but seem to be through the worst now. My lovely Lucy grew a mysterious lump on her face, we had it removed of course, but it was a miserable couple of weeks waiting for the histocytology report to come through. Fortunately she has the all-clear, not the dreaded cancer, just a benign cyst which has been successfully removed and is not expected to recur. I also had Sophie spayed, and it hit her really hard poor girl - she has been very withdrawn and rather miserable, and only just coming back into herself now. Again, all very worrying, but she is now fine. Also, a very useful reminder that the younger a cat is when neutered the less impact it has on them. Kittens barely even notice anything has happened to them, my poor Sophie all but had a nervous breakdown :-(
Now I just need to catch up on all my outstanding correspondence - sorry for the delay...
