Ruby is another very special cat entrusted to me by Corinne Page, who made the long journey over from West Australia with her cousin Little Dot.

Ruby is a truly gorgeous Russian with the glossiest black coat and the gentlest nature and has a fantastic pedigree - just what I am used to from Corinne! Honestly, if I had bred her, I would never have parted with her x For all she is generally a gentle cat she also has a pretty strong will, as she has clear ideas about what she expects in life, just like all the best Russians! She is also a very organised young lady, who when the time came to have kittens applied her excellent organisational skills to the whole process, and also gave me the first ever black Dushenka kittens - stunners every one.
